Products — infrastructure demo

Loading this page exercises: PostgreSQL (Dapper + Polly retry), Redis (cache-aside, 5-min TTL), and Serilog (log entry with Correlation ID). Adding a product also fires a RabbitMQ message. Check traces in Jaeger and logs in OpenSearch Dashboards (index: hts-support-logs-*).
